I used to be a designing developer for quite some years until I faced a crisis that came with React, Angular and all those JS heavy frameworks that really required engineering background which I had not but it put me in a position of “not skilled enough developer”. Now in retrospect, I see how it was wrong to mix all kinds of frontend together and how beneficial it is to have visual developers on board, and my development experience makes it so easy to talk to real dev guys! Saves a lot of time, I still can’t accept to deliver pixel-perfect layout for at least 5 viewports, I really believe it has to be done in code directly.
